Our process is straightforward and clear.

Once we have assessed the information provided, we prepare an initial quotation that sets out the scope and expected timeframe for your detailed cost estimate or BOQ, along with a relevant sample so you can see what can be delivered. If the quotation suits your needs, work can begin as soon as we receive your approval.

Our team aims to complete a cost estimate within 2 weeks. Where workload allows, we may also be able to deliver it within 72 hours for an additional 50% fee. Keep in mind, however, that some projects take longer, particularly where specialist trades or added requirements are involved. The estimated turnaround is confirmed in the initial quotation.

Lastly, throughout the process, we stay clear and upfront about what the estimate covers, what may not be achievable within the available budget, and where cost or timeline risks may sit. That transparency gives builders better foresight, supports more confident planning, and helps reduce the likelihood of avoidable surprises later in the job, be it commercial or house construction services.
